These reviews aren’t always accurate, this is one of the best facilities ive picked up to date, today was my first time. All meds were in place! Staff helpful all supplies were in facility, no micromanaging encouraged breaks! Great facility over all! I will def do again!

Pm expect to work. West has rooms 1-14 containing 3 beds each, with the exception of 3 rooms that only have 2 beds. A lot of blood sugars, minimum 15. You chart on PCC, all meds were in the cart and organized. Not a psych facility. You get a log in via message on clipboard, so they set you up good. CNAs are a big help and amazing. Very clean and it doesn’t smell like dookie. If you’re a new grad, please don’t hop in something like this because it requires experience or you will have a bad experience. Extra supplies are provided. Equipment is provided.

CNAs taking up all the computers in nursing station when they have the hallway computers. It’s difficult passing meds and then staying on feet on cart laptop to get charting done

So you're basically saying if you're a. CNA that they should have to stand in the hallways and chart? That they don't deserve to sit at the station and chart?Wow how rude!!🙄🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
My point was that CNAs have the screens in hallways we can’t use. It’s only set up for CNAs. We have to use books in the nursing station to chart. There’s a lot of charting at this facility. Like it takes 2 hours just to complete the COC, weekly and Medicare. That was my point.

They book you out wks in advance and then cancel your shifts two days before they start so you don't get any payment. They give registry the worst assignments/patient load.

PM: Expect to WORK. East is slightly “easier” but both sides will keep you on your feet all shift. Cons: So many blood sugars over 10 maybe 15. Laptop on the carts is old and there is no mouse so it takes twice and long to click things and scroll around, it’s very finicky. Pt load is around 30 with one g-tube. The pts have a lot of “objectives/tasks” that need to be marked off and it’s unreasonable to actually check these on each pt obviously in that time frame, but most SNFs have that problem, so expect to be risking your license nonetheless. The worse part is probably the bubble packs, a good amount of meds are missing and things are popped out of order so it can be confusing if it’s your first time. Expect to have a moderate load for 2100 meds as well, not nearly as much but enough to keep you going for a while. Pros: very clean facility, all staff is helpful, no technical issues, most pts were stable and don’t really give a hard time, and you are able to take a proper lunch.
