this place is is terrible. don’t work here. they treat you like trash. they aren’t structured. they don’t pay for overtime. don’t believe that they do. not worth your time. they are going to place you with 9-10 trach patients so you better have some experience with that if you sign up for this

I will never come to this facility ever again! we had 20 patients which is fine with me. What made me so mad was I be accused! 6:45am morning cna come in shouting “who has 15A patients and he is soak and wet” . I went to witness myself with the cna and clearly he was not soak , he just had a BM. I reported to the charger nurse. This is very unprofessional!!! cons: Change the trash bag when shift end Change/bring the solid bag down the basements Changes water for each patients Mostly all total care patients They wont give you your time sheet until it 7AM! Do

This place sucks, all my patients were soaked, I had a patient with 4 pads and they were soaked to the bottom
