I had a good shift today. Well organized and neat facility

It was an OK shift. Staff was neutral. I had about 26 patients, most of whom were alert and asked many questions about their medications, which significantly slowed my med pass. Several residents requested medications but then refused some after they were prepared, requiring them to be returned. I also had to obtain medication from the emergency kit due to a pharmacy delay, which added to the workload. Overall, the residents required a lot of reassurance and repeated follow-up, making the shift more demanding than expected. Personally, I don't think this facility is a good fit for me, so I don't plan to return.

Great shift. CNAs and LVNs very helpful.

I was on my feet all day so be prepared for that, but I’d do it again. It’s an amazing facility.

Great shift professional staff and well stocked with linen keep in mind you do have to take vitals during the first hour of your shift I had 12 patients
