please heed my warning. Do not pick up here. This place needs removed from clipboard. You will be on your feet all night. Not because the work load is crazy (it can be) but because the staff here literally forbids you to chill in between your rounds. I was scolded for being on my personal device (phone or laptop) when my rounds were completed and there were no call lights. In the morning you will have an hour or more of down time because day shift arrives at 6 and you don’t leave until 7. You better make yourself look busy or else you’ll be threatened with a DNR and docked pay for every minute you’re “standing still” (a direct quote from staff). Staff is rude and will make you feel uncomfortable your entire shift. It’s a weird and hostile work environment. Canceling my later shifts with this facility would get my account banned but I’m literally feeling like it’s worth the temporary termination.

One of the worst Facilities I’ve ever worked in! I won’t ever be back. The work load OVN is always heavy. It’s under staffed and They can’t keep workers because of how they treat people and expect you to do the absolute most. If you aren’t limping and breaking your back you’re not working hard enough. This isn’t a facility where they understand the work US CNAs put in. They could care less. Expect to have 15 OR MORE residents to tend to. Showers/ Wheelchairs / Vitals / Bed checks & those run into each other because you’re constantly changing residents cause it’s a NO DEPEND facility. 2/10 do not recommend!

Jennifer DNRd me from their facility without investigation because the worker “Lillian” who’s 2weeks fresh into being a cna declined to help me pop her up & 7am was approaching. The night had already been heavy per usual but still No other complaint cause ALL my work was done except THAT. They said I didn’t get her up so I’m now on the DNR list. They’re the least paying company ANYWAY but I still broke my back for this horrible facility and they played me without a question.

Great facility. I had my log in info and all codes needed for the shift messaged to me prior to the shift. The staff was very friendly, had all needed supplies and the work load was lighter than average in my opinion. I enjoyed my shift and will pick up again. I recommend this facility to others.
