The supervisor that came in last minute last night 5/11 3-11 to say she was unprofessional would be an understatement . She walked around the facility rage baiting employees for ABSOLUTELY no reason w/ me included.. that makes it hard for a facility to properly staff when u have supervisors like her. Cuz I never want to work a shift she is supervising ever again and I actually love coming to this facility.

They have a trach unit. Why they throw agency on that unit is beyond me but it was manageable. Thier clock out policy is meant to rob you. How can you automatically clock someone out in the app when your relief is arriving at the same time? So I have to fill out a paper to say I was waiting for relief and giving report? Industry standard is 15-30min past the next shifts start time. Or would you prefer I sit the keys on the cart and walk away? It's an unnecessary step. Best believe I filled out my sheet for my 15min.... Hopefully I get paid for it.

Supervisor overnight started 3 arguments extremely aggressive please be careful

It is ghetto fabulous in that place. They don’t have any supplies, and the CNAs complain about other CNAs not doing their jobs but they all stand around and talk all day. As far as the facility goes, the staff use no PPE, even with residents who are on precautions. I went and asked one of the CNAs for a mask and she made it seem like I was overreacting but the residents/staff are nasty.
