This is a nice facility, the staff friendly and helpful, currently remodeling certain halls so rooms may be confusing or hard to find at first but then you get used to it. Very organized- nurse cart, med cart, and med room. I Would pick up here again.

What is a day in the nurse like?
I can only speak for west hall, accu checks- insulin, pass narcs, chart, they had a treatment nurse for my shift so that helped a lot. But it was smooth for me for the most part besides knowing the rooms on the other side due to the remodeling

I worked a shift at this facility and was very concerned about the lack of basic supplies needed for patient care. There were no wipes, no washcloths, and limited hygiene supplies available to properly clean and care for residents. Staff cannot provide safe and dignified care without the proper supplies. Facilities should make sure CNAs and nurses have the necessary items to maintain hygiene, comfort, and safety for their patients.

They had a fire today it didn’t go well they didn’t have the evacuation plan together just needed some more help. I will come back but not that often and the place ??? To many Chiefs they need some Indians!!!!!

Not enough staff, unorganized,under paid to many patients for CNA to handle patient care and unprofessional with no help from staff.
