THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE COMING THEY JUST START EXCEPTING AGENCY AND I WAS ONE OF THE FIRST PERSON To work it’s a Optalis facility they use poc for charting it’s like any other facility you will do showers , pass waters, do vitals , check and changes, it’s hoyers , it’s feeders , it’s trays to pass , rounds to make, and aides have to take food carts to kitchen area kitchen staff doesn’t come get carts at all also it’s colored bags in residents closets for personal clothes to be placed only facility linen goes to dirty laundry such as pads, towels , gowns , hoyers lift pads etc things must be separated first LAUNDRY STAFF will complain if not trash has it’s on bin staff do help at this facility very friendly SOCIAL it’s vending machines at work site everything is on one floor it’s like one big circle they prefer everyone to work together even though you are giving a set it’s plenty of parking at facility resident will call they know how to ring the lights very well I hope this help

None what ? What exactly does that comment mean or how does that help if I work here ?
I’m just seeing this the fact I was trying to do this and my phone was acting up I didn’t think I could leave a review my bad but i parked in the back plenty of linen the staff was nice worked as a team.

They have two sides in my opinion since I’ve been able to work both the back side is better than the front which is AB the back is DE I had 8 people only the entire shift I had hoyers, feeders, c+c, and other cna work they rung the call lights the work load was less the staff help at this facility no matter what side your on when I worked the front I had 15 +people it was very busy but everyone work together including nurses

LOVED it here. Out of all the optalis I’ve been to this is the best one. EVERYONE help. The shift goes by super fast. Management is super nice too. The residents are friendly as well. I’ll definitely be back

DE was straight honestly it’s the back hall the high numbers it’s better than the low side which is AB they heavy and busy both be on lights but work load wise back easy
