This place is an example of sometimes you have to ignore the views and work there yourself. These reviews are way worse than reality in my perspective. I worked 2S which has been described as so heavy here. My 3-11 medpass was very doable. No complaints. I did have 25 patients however the medpass was tolerable I'm starting to think no one wants to work🤣 I worked with an older staff lady. The CNAs were very patient with the residents and helped me out. Only complaint is I did NOT see the supervisor not once the entire shift. The place did not smell of urine and the floor didn't look that bad either. If you're still reading this give this place a try!

The GHETTO!!! Med pass is extremely heavy. The carts are super unorganized. Expect to be an hour or two behind on your cart nurses. They don’t create a PCC log in for you and it takes time to get approved after you call IT. My 3-11 turned into 3-1am!!! First and last shift with them. Staff was pretty cool & very helpful, but outside of that it was a nightmare!

AND YOU HAVE TO PUT IN A PASSCODE FOR EVERY SINGLE MED YOU SIGN OUT WETHER IT BE A NARC OR NOT
Thanks for the heads up. I was thinking about picking up a shift but because of the reviews I’m definitely not. I don’t like working in places like this.

Hard Work!!!! I worked the rehab unit, morning shift. It was a long shift. For starters, being as though this was my first time, I needed a login for PCC. The supervisor had me call IT and request a log in, which was very time consuming, I started my med pass about 830 am...which put me so far behind. And the med carts are over stuffed with meds, it's hard to pull one card out without pulling out several. The patients are needy, drug seeking. One after the other wanted narcotics. Each resident is to have a full set of vitals done per shift. No down time at all. I had 21 residents and it felt like 42. There were falls after falls after falls. I was told by the previous nurse i would only have 2 treatments..She LIED!! Mostly all my resident had a treatments. But i caught a break, because the wound care team was in this morning. If it wasnt for them, i dont know what time i would have finished. Clipboard need to double the pay rate!!! Maybe triple!!! Staff was awesome tho.

Facility smells like death as soon as you enter the building. It’s filthy, not enough supplies/linen. They have a mix of Geri, young addicts & combative residents. The workload is heavy asf !!!! Supervisors have nasty attitudes, especially sup javer..
