Worst facility I ever been to. FABIAN the “supervisor” reports people for shift abandonment when they have an emergency and have to leave even after he counts you out and is given a detailed report and said “it’s okay” after I apologized for the inconvenience!! Turns around and tells clipboard he didn’t give me the okay to leave. WEIRD to attempt to take money out of peoples pockets!! Beware!! And think twice if you have to leave here before your shift is up. Make sure you get it in writing that’s it’s okay for you to go right in the middle of your emergency. Thank God clipboard is a good agency to work for and unrestricted my account! Only went there for an urgent shift cause the money was good! But happy I won’t be back as I feel my license is on the line every time I step foot in there!! Terrible!

I’m confused. They posted SO many shifts at the beginning of the month for the month of May. I made my whole schedule. Since May 8 they have canceled EVERY SINGLE SHIFT (and 2 minutes prior to payout). I asked them to cancel me ahead of time if it was really going to be like that so I’d have more than 2 hours to find another shift! They’ll cancel my 7-3 shift at 4:58am and if I’m trying to work a double that day they’ll cancel the 3-11 shift at 12:58 in the afternoon. RIDICULOUS!!!

Shift wasn’t bad but facility is extremely unkept and filthy, dirty dishes everywhere and bugs all over the nurse’s station desks.

Now although the residents aren’t the problem, this facility is filthy.. it’s sad because It has a lot of potential .. 30 residents to 1 nurse. Med pass isn’t bad but if you’re new you will spend a lot of time passing meds.

It's OK they do have a lot of supplies.\n The staff will help when you're able to find them.
