Hectic work load therapy want to wait till almost suppertime to decide they want to get a resident out of bed that is a hoyler lift when you’re working ithe split is difficult when you got feeders on the other end and you have to help Pass trays and then expect for you to put the res .back in the bed. It was just a little too much and overwhelming.

Whew! When I say overload, that’s what it is! 7p-7a you will have over 40pts per nurse! We only had two nurses for 80ppl and 3 techs. Call lights were over an hour wait no matter if you helped answer them or not! How could you with a med pass 4 hrs long! Seriously, in need of a major overhaul! Smh. Pick up only if you have to otherwise you probably wouldn’t want to! Ridiculous! The pros- only two diabetics out of the 40, they use PCC, it looks as if they’re switching to meds rolls AND what the offer to pay is definitely earned!!

I had a very pleasant experience throughout the shift. Everyonw was very nice and helpful to me. I dont think that Im going back because its too far and traffic was HORRIBLE. I had two traffic jams and two Rerouts on my way there causing me to be 30 minutes late and caused me 35 points
