Everything has a code. The entrance, elevator, I mean EVERYTHING!!! No orientation and the unit. Never saw the supervisor. I had 2 carts. Med pass was heavy but doable. Honestly would not return

Med pass is very heavy and I'm someone who doesn't usually complain. Almost 50 ppl and even those who didn't need medication needed extensive charting. The access codes aren't readily provided or available for use and you need a code for EVERYTHING... even getting in the building. There's no security or receptionist at the front desk so you're stuck getting bit by mosquitos (what is that about btw? Get an exterminator!) until someone is leaving or entering the building to let you in. Then clocking in is also a headache and involves taking a video and from what I hear doesn't work most of the time leaving agency nurses waiting for pay adjustments and needing to go up and down the elevators (also has THREE different codes to use them) just to get signed out. The patients are also insane which make working here no better. Lastly, the supervisor Khadijah was out of sight all night. The rate isn't high enough for the toll this puts on your body or the risk for your license.
