Had 16 ppl this shift on 3rd floor absolutely crazy with majority of assignment inc/totals. Residents are needy and barely can roll takes a toll on the body. For example: you have residents who can get up out of bed , on the toilet, wipe themselves but will ring for you to transfer them into the bed every single time and expect you to be there on the dot with that many other job expectations!

It took half the shift to get me in to be and to chart. I asked for credentials prior to arriving. The supervisor was unaware. However, she did try to help. I ended up calling the 1-800 number. The 2 aides were wonderful. One was Clipboard and the other was an employee. I couldn't find the meds because they were on a roll. The supervisor helped me find them. They had never been put away on either cart. So it looked as if no one has medications. Pt. load was 30. The off going and incoming shift personnel were extremely pleasant and helpful.

I do NOT like working skilled/Medbridge units at PACS facilities. You have to be quick and swift, Greentree has changed my perspective! Everyone works as a team effort. I had endless supplies that were available. The nurses don’t POWER TRIP. We had a good day, you have to be quick for therapy. I like Carnegie when it’s available daylight I try to hop on it.

Supervisor and ADON were very friendly, staff was super helpful
