To fellow RNs and LVNs: Please THINK TWICE BEFORE accepting shifts at this facility. Staffing here was dangerously inadequate. TWO LVNs responsible for over69pts, many of whom were clinically unstable.It’s UNSAFE and sets nurses up for failure. The charting burden is excessive, and to make matters worse, OT is NOT paid. The DON is new and clearly unprepared for the role, while the DSD lacks strong leadership and offers little to no real support. You’re expected to carry the weight with minimal guidance and unrealistic expectations. The overall environment is disorganized, unsupportive, and frankly unsustainable. To my fellow RN/LVN nurses: PROTECT YOUR LICENSE AT ALL COSTS. Don’t risk it in a facility that prioritizes COST-CUTTING over patient SAFETY and STAFF WELL-BEING. I strongly recommend ADVOIDING this facility unless and until they fix their staffing ratios, leadership issues, and start PAYING FAIRLY for the work they demand. Advocate for yourself. Know your worth. Don’t settle.

When I arrived they had no laptops charged and it took an hour to get a login. I had to stay almost four hours past my time doing med pass. I had very little help and had no direction for charting.

EXTREMELY HEAVY LOAD, not worth the pay. Completely unorganized. 30+ patients, hectic all day and a lot of charting.

Pysch resident. But its a small facility 2 carts. 2 LVNs and 1 RN SUPERVISOR. NOT A BAD SHIFT. WOULD RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE LOCAL.

More of a psych facility than anything very nice staff patients not so nice a lot of charting but pretty easy pass
