Only 2 nurses in the building at night. One of them will be assigned to a long term unit on the first floor AND the skilled unit on the second floor. Skilled charting, TF’s, dialysis patients to prep and treatments. They don’t pay enough for what they expect you to do and they don’t leave any directions and I had to make my own report sheet for the skilled unit. They didn’t have the proper TF for all patients and trying to find supplies in a supply room that’s on the second floor on a closed unit that’s labeled NO ACCESS is crazy work

the don't have stand lifts, they ask you to lift people with out it. Staff disappears after work is done. Nurses are nonchalant.

Shame on you. I feel so bad for all the residents sometimes but I really feel bad for the residents on reflections. As many shifts as I’ve worked here I decided today that I will never come back.

Facility is very unorganized. Therapy oversteps boundaries , staff does whatever they want . Facility deserved 0 stars . Nobody cares about residents . Free fall for anything . Communication definitely a big problem . Don’t recommend at all , if you want your license stay away ! Supplies are very limited , carts a mess and residents very demanding . Not worth any pay of any kind . I handle stress well but this place is a wreck !

The nurses and aides are clicky. Staff very unwelcoming and rude. As a nurse prepare to deal with attitudes from STNA’s when asking for assistance. Never knew how horrible this place was til I found out it used to be the greens no wonder. No DON no ADON everything messy about this place .
