Very clean facility. Residents are polite and appreciative..most staff were friendly, HOWEVER, the amount of political talk and hate (from staff members) geared towards immigrants and the like, was offensive and unbearable afterwhile and it became clear what type of facilty this is...NO DIVERSITY, residents or staff! Will not be returning

OK😏🤣🤣🤣
It’s mostly the older white nurse on the second floor she works day shift. She started showing out during election, she should be ashamed of herself.

I have worked at some of the hardest facilities and I usually don’t leave a review but this place definitely warranted me to leave one. I am very resourceful and I am not lazy. I truly love patient care and keeping busy. I worked over night and had over 60 patients and approximately 50 of them had morning medications with over 20 bgm checks with coverage. With zero orientation besides the keys it is tremendously unsafe. Even the way the beds are set up are confusing with A bed being by the window and B bed by the door makes you puzzled. The aides are good and the patients were very pleasant. The supervisor had her own cart downstairs but tried to help. The situation here is dangerous and unless you’re a magician it’s impossible to properly administer medications at this facility. A patient was unwell so I couldn’t start the medication pass until 4:30 which did not leave me enough time to finish so I was there until 9 finishing up. Poor management and care

Oh nahhh
This is very true and they let it seem as if it’s ok, the last night shift I did on the second floor I left around 10am the morning. Very unsafe not just for the nurses but the patients don’t deserve this at all
Why did you accept the shift? It's an unsafe patient to nurse ratio and you are putting your license ar risk. You could have walked out. All money ain't good money. Protect your health, sanity, and license at all cost. 🤔🧐✌️

Clean facility. The staff and residents were pleasant for most part. Worked on the 2nd floor, dementia unit I assume. A few supplies were missing. The only negative is that the room arrangements are opposite, meaning Bed A is actually the window and Bed B is the door which made it really confusing and took a little time to get the swing of it. A couple of residents were highly offended by the error on my part of simply doing vital signs, one even refused medications because of it. I wish they would change it back to the routine labeling of room placements.

Don’t even bother booking, they will cancel you a couple days before your shift every single time. All of these facilities are creating and using their own agencies now to undercut clipboard(believe it’s called easy care or easy staffing). So they post shifts here til their in house agency picks up and then they cancel you.

The afternoon aides are quiet rude .. assignment is easy if they help each other

7-3 upstairs is worse… the younger aides upstairs go above and beyond helping and giving run downs but they give you the heaviest assignment ALL TOTALS half hoyers. The older aide Jerri just runs her mouth saying things like “making $30 an hour make them work”
