DO NOT TAKE A SHIFT HERE!!! They intentionally have the NFC tag set up but then don’t have it available to clock in, they lied and said they have no idea what it is and then when I kept pushing back saying that’s not possible because they would’ve had to set it up otherwise clock in would just be pushing a button, they admitted that they set it up that way so that they have to verify pay on 530 forms so they are not an instant pay facility as they claim, and also they won’t verify anytime over the end of the shift, even though they know that, especially for the LVN you have to overlap to endorse your shift to the next nurse. So they are using it as a way to avoid paying you what you actually should get the shift worked. My other concern is that if they want to send you home, they can claim you no call no show since you can’t even clock in. All of the staff I worked with were wonderful, the RN, LVNs and CNAs, everyone was great so it’s really a shame that the administration is trash

They have a new DON so they are adjusting to new management, making things very busy and hectic. Unfortunately Registry LVNs did not have a log in for half of morning med pass because we had no access. LVNs and RN supervisor were so helpful but mostly registry and the RN is new. The facility has a high turnover rate. DSD was also very helpful and the one coordinating registry. Unfortunately they have to deal with the lack of organized management. This is a Medicare facility, so, if you are cart 1, you are expected to do 5 Medicare charting (cart 2 had more). Weekly charting (1 or 2) and many COCs. Had to do 8 plus 3 antibiotic charting and new admit charting. This facility is personally not for me, I don’t think I will return here. BTW Entrance will be to the side of the facility on the other end of the parking lot, keep going down the driveway if you work here.

Will not be returning to this facility , during my last hour I was asked to shower a patient , and then had to wait as well for patient to be done with physical therapy , supervisor constantly down my neck about charting yet computers were down due to a power outage . Then I was scolded for staying overtime yet I didn’t finish my patients because I stopped to try to make sure others patients were dry and that all my charting was done . Workers were nice but supervisor needs to be more considerate of things she’s asking all at one time on top of the patients

For RNs. Typically I don’t leave reviews because I feel as though we see things differently and have different expectations. For protection of your license, I would think twice about working at this facility. My first encounter was a resident who had been given IV Abx to administer to herself because there wasn’t an RN in the building at the time. I advised the DON, but she did NOT seem concerned. Registry is the FIRST to get blamed for most things. The staff, CNAs, LVNs and RN, were very appropriate, helpful and extremely nice. The DSP and DON, Mildred, not so much. They seem to think it’s okay to talk to you like you’re a child, essentially beneath them. Let me not forget to say It took 20 minutes to find a resident who just WALKED right out the front door and hanging out on the sidewalk not even on the property. As registry personnel, you are expected to do a job in which they normally have two RNs. I know there are times that we say, well, maybe it’s not that bad, IT IS.

I am not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from! The NFC tag is located at the nursing station. It’s in a silly place right side of the nursing desk when you come in. Look on the wall of the desk right across from the grey trash can. NOC shift was great 21pts. Staff very respectful and nice. They do have covid cases as of 11/30/24. Please be aware most to all staff is 2-3 weeks new. We didn’t have an RN at night that’s the only thing bad I have to say. Place is very clean. Work load light for LVNs. CNAs had a lot of downtime. Will be booking night shift again.
