I wouldn’t recommend picking up at this facility! Their in house staff is useless! They pick and choose which residents they want to care for on their assignment and neglect others so there are constantly bed changes at change of shift! A particular aide who works there has a horrible attitude and refuses to work as a team and will verbalize she’s not helping!! Their patient to staff ratio is out of state law more times than not! And they are short on mechanical equipment needed to care for their patients!

The residents are amazing, sweet, appreciative and understanding which is actually surprising since they don’t receive the care they deserve! I was put alone on an “assisted living” assignment for 25 patients for 7a-3p! I say “assisted living” because some patients were x2 transfers as well has mechanical lifts! It was my first day at the facility and I wasn’t given a report whatsoever! I was told this is typical! The aide leaving was agency so she told me what she could but being agency herself and working over night the assignment report she provided was not helpful. The in house staff and regular agency staff I encountered were useless! I wouldn’t recommend coming to this facility and I myself will not return! It’s sad because this facility as potential to be a nice environment for staff as well as residents but it lacks proper staffing, discipline and education!

Easy work just some mean residents also your on your own just go room to room to see ehst they need paper should have everything though
