Shift was great, Aspen unit’s staff were so cool, welcoming, friendly and fun (especially the nurses and the unit secretary). They were helpful if needed and they just made the shift pleasant, I’ll go back here in a heartbeat. You can tell the leadership is good because it trickles down to the staff. Laura the DON is a gem! 💎

Dogwood is the worst to work especially a 7-3 & 3-11 double I had over 22k steps after my shifts the bells are never ending. That’s not even the worse part it’s the guy Ray that sits all day and night at the nursing station bossing everyone around even the nurses. I don’t understand how someone gets to paid to make the cna assignments and that’s it he refused to help with care he rather find another aid when he is clearly able to help. The place would feel so much happier and lighter without him there even the way he spoke to the kitchen staff was so mean.

Good shift , no complaints, as always thank you to the ladies for all their help !

Very busy on Birch unit. Residents are so demanding. Regular staff had nasty attitude due to change of assignments. Like you went there to get their job. On top of this, you have to bring your own laptop to work. NONSENSE

Positive experience, well staffed, fair pt. to nurse ratio on subacute. The facility is actually clean, doesn’t smell bad and the remodeling makes it look new. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and by the end of my shift. The patients not laying on the call bells the whole shift complaining tells me there is good patient care at this facility, I’ll definitely work here again. Oh yea and the staff were helpful and welcoming (especially the nursing staff), good support!
