This place is a H3LL NO for me. I worked the west side 7-3 and the med pass was super heavy. The aides were all so helpful which was great. The residents are another story. So many hospice pts pushing morphine Q1 everywhere, strict BP parameters, G tubes, demanding ones that just won’t get away from your cart, others roaming the facility leaving you to run behind them. Just waaay too much for the pay. Never have I been so over stimulated. Smh. . I won’t be back. Not even for urgent pay.

You will likely have close to 30 patients.

everyone was completely miserable. From the receptionist to all the workers. And then an admission comes in at 2:30 and they expect you to take it with no report on the patient. Completely disorganized!

If regular staff don't want to do the hard to handle residents they will add them.on to your assignment..not switch but ADD ON. I started with 7residents and ended up with 9...they don't have to ever worry about me again. I'm not even gonna get into the passing out trays situation

This is worst of the worst like if I could give it less than one star I would. Very dirty and unorganized. All the staff does is argue and curse eachother out. And the supervisor doesn’t even intervene to try to diffuse the situation. She told them to sort it out their self . Smh this was a ONE & DONE ..please believe the reviews !!!!!!!
