Let’s say I figured out the pattern their rehab unit always and I mean 95% of the time that’s where they place you the assignments are not fair 7-3 there are 3 nurses 3-11 2 nurse and if occasionally u have a nurse who does 7-7 but when they leave u still end up with 2 carts 3-11 just know u got 2 carts each nurse and 11-7 not so bad because there are 2 nurses always. On assignment 1 u always have 2 carts every shift even when the the others have one cart no matter how they divide it team 1 has the most ppl let’s just say if the rate ain’t good don’t pick it up because I promise u will work for every penny good luck with 3 admissions coming in back to back and then the falls to deal with Redstone please do better pay us for the work !!! This ain’t for the week sign a strong would I return yes but the pay got to match up

As a nurse, you need to be able to adapt quick. If you're a new nurse this may not be the facility for you. It's not a cake walk, and there's no real hand holding. Seasoned agency nurses have their minimum questions to ask to get their job done. So ask. It's true some staff loves to delegate and look like they're busy, but if you know what you need to do and make sure you have the info and tools needed, you'll be fine. Login is a given, on call numbers, door codes, location of essential items like a bladder scanner, nasal cannulas etc you should ask. It's part of being agency. Take nothing for granted anywhere you go. I've been coming here and see it's a place to learn the ropes, and also to become a stronger nurse. All the floors are different, write things down. And you'll be fine.

I spent my last to get there in a Uber for the ADON Kayce to be extremely rude. I didn’t have the money to pay for the Uber home so I asked if she could call CB and approve the sent home request so that I could get paid asap and pay for my ride home. She refused to call bc she was “too busy” . 5 minutes later she said she would call the cops on me if I didn’t go wait in the lobby. I’m like wow you can call the cops on me but can’t make a 5 minute phone call to CB bc y’all had me come all the way out here for nothing when you could’ve cancelled me way before I wasted my time coming here. Extremely rude and inconsiderate. Definitely don’t plan on coming back here anytime soon. They have a reputation for being rude & now I see why. They should be ashamed. Absolutely ridiculous. Go here at your own risk 🤷🏽♀️
