They need to be OVER staffed. Almost everyone is total and hoyer lift!! Some figh ters!! HEAVY ON YOUR FEET 99% OF YOUR SHIFT. Oh and CNA’s can’t sit behind the nurses station to chart either. After standing for nearly your whole shift they expect you to stand at the kiosk and chart lol BIGGEST JOKES EVER. Especially when we’re suppose to be a team. The CNA done flip ped and turned patients and got bea t on. Back burning and YALL still want us to stand and chart?! Why do they think the nurses here are special. I’ve been to hundreds of facilities (including in different states) and they are the only ppl that does this. Idc if they paid $60/hr I’ll never go back here. I’ll rather cut the grass in my backyard with a pair of scissors from dollar tree. Gah’long

Heavy workload. Supplies were plentiful. Staff was pretty friendly. I may return in the near futue

The shift was ok

no one was willing to help even though it was my first day. it took me over an hour just to be given my assignment. took me even longer to be given the codes of the facility. no one gave me an official run down on the residents and left out very important details about them that would have been useful to know earlier in the shift. even to help reposition someone higher in the bed, it was too much work for any of the cnas to do. i’m likely not going to come back. it’s a nice facility but the staff are horrible.

I was assigned 12 residents morning shift. Nobody gave me the run down on each resident. The nurses were nice though. The aides helped when needed. Majority of my residents were 1-2 person assist which isn’t bad. I will only come back for premium pay since I live a hour away.
