Great shift 3-11p shift New Year’s Eve. I worked the 4th floor census 60, 30 residents each hallway. I worked 4East Med pass heavy but easy. A few accu Checks, 2 tube feeds, wounds, 1+Covid pt. I worked with Char great regular nurse on that unit very knowledgeable. Shaniece, Robert, Darryl and two other CNA all great teamwork! Supervisor Was very helpful With documentation and support. Unit clean, cart organized with meds stocked. Bring your own vital supplies it’s only one machine for the floor the CNA’s will help with vitals if assigned. Some skilled charting. Normal Nurse work you will be able to take a break if you manage your time well. Security on premises at the front desk. Be sure to check in on the tablet at the front desk clipboard doesn’t come up but other agencys do just let the supervisor know. See The supervisor for assignment, office is to the right of front desk 2nd door on the left. I will be returning 1/1 for a double shift 7a11p. Hope this was helpful.

I came all the way here just for the supervisor to send me too the fourth floor around 4:15pm she like I have to send all clipboard ppl home we don't use clipboard.... than she turned around and said wait yall can stay for four hours but than yall can go home call clipboard and they said they dnt have to pay the four hour pay for cancellation they opted out of it smh

Kensley the supervisor threatens to send people home if your mask not up,even if you drink some water or get hot from working. He’s very rude and walks around without his mask on. The 4th floor will put you on the 3rd assignment “all totals & fall risk” and the workers are very mean. The parking lot is a mess, pot holes on top of pot hole and my car has damages/scratches from workers hitting my car door with their car door. I will not be returning to this facility. Be prepared to work short.

Staff was nice and helpful. Agency workers was great also but the ROACHES was crazy. Never again!

I was assigned to unit 2, and everyone there was friendly. However, I had a few issues. The unit was unorganized, with assignments scattered around and not clearly defined. Additionally, there were limited supplies available. Despite these challenges, the staff was compensated with continental breakfast and lunch for coming into work, as there were many callouts due to the weather.
