Facility is clean and organized. Staff and management very helpful. Vent unit specifically health care team work well together. Assignments are busy but with good time management is easy to manage. Pt to nurse ratio was 1:12

Staff was nice and helpful! No drama and clean facility w/ Wawa smack across the street! I worked on B unit. 7p- 7a It wasn't bad. It was alot of patients tho. Exactly 30 each - 2 nurses! Just prioritize and you'll be fine. I'm just sooooooo tired!

The med pass was very heavy. There’s a lot of redundant task. Unit manager and nurses were very very sweet and kind. But the work load was unbelievable. Facility was very clean, meds fully stocked, and plenty of treatment supply. But that workload is insane. I sat for 5 minute increments for the whole 12 hours because you just don’t have time to take a real break.

Its ok. Staff are nice. Some units are less challenging than others. Workload on the vent unit is kinda crazy. I did not sit the entire 12 hour shift except during my mandatory break. The chance of being on that unit is enough to make me not want to go back. I was in physical pain after a shift on the vent unit. You need all your time to complete your med pass but your constantly pulled away by family members who usually want the aid but the aids are no where to be found. Missing meds, constant phone calls, searching for basic supplies.

I was on the vent unit with 11 patients. The shift was smooth thanks to the cart and med rooms being so organized. The staff was also very helpful
