“This was my first shift and everything the reviews say is true. I had 22 patients alone (15 total care) while 1 nurse covered 40+. Staff said this is constant. No supplies, no support, extremely unsafe. This facility is rated low for a reason. CNAs: RUN. Not worth your license.” Every single wing.

the nursing staff is amazing! But unfortunately the ADON has abused her power and has now lost a nurse .

This comment was in reference to a prior ADON who was fired! She abused her power and false documented under another nurses name.

This place is the worst!!!!! Don't come here!!! 31 patient and most are TOTAL CARE..... Patient are coved in feces.. smdh. DNR!!
