LPN Night shift. It's just too risky and a huge responsibility. U are responsible for the whole facility with over 100 residents across three floors, and handling 88 medication passes in the morning, is highly demanding. Be warned, choose wisely, proceed with caution.

11-7 nurse responsible for the ENTIRE building (roughly 60 patients). 3 floors. 3 carts. You med pass on about 30 residents. With B.S checks as well. If there was another nurse it would have been better.

Wayyy too much work for the rate. $50/hr isn’t even enough to take it on comfortably.
Are the patients stable ? What are their medical conditions ? Is it just med passing ?

$33 for a 3-11 on Christmas….. wow smh yall really play in agency nurses face. $33 to leave my Family. That’s not even the Money ppl spent on gifts . They need to ask their DON & Admin would they work for $33 on Christmas Day. Maybe ask the corporate director of ops do they really think 33 on Christmas is enough.

Large facility, 3 floors . Had over 30patients . Heavy med pass. Shift was okay but the rate is ridiculous. Too much work for that rate.

No nurse is working here for $33 lol! I’m not understanding why places posting shifts for that low of a pay rate then expecting a nurse to pick it up.

I picked up an urgent shift and ended up in the dementia unit which isn’t bad but that’s not always guaranteed and it is a heavy med pass. The rate posted for $33 is extremely low. I’m not sure what Nurse will pick up this shift for that rate. The building is extremely nice and the staff was very pleasant Aunt, but there still does not make up for this rate.
