Needs more nurses, staff med techs very mean and unprofessional. Discrepancies with narcotics, very very nice building and Beautiful kind patient's, staff quality should match.

They do not have med techs here. They stopped using them as of 1/1/24. Only registry LVNs
That's not true and not my business I'm going off my experience. The day I was there there were no licensed nurses and med techs that didn't know how to do things, no biggie but 1 of them was very mean and disrespectful. Glad your experience was different but that's not accurate information. 👍
There was a med tech literally on orientation on my floor with me for the entire shift, literally 😑

The facility is beautiful, yet their med Tech cart/ narcotic count is horrible. From what the prior shift told me it seems that the facility knows that there are many discrepancies in the narcotic counts yet no changes have been made. As an LVN, this is something very dangerous for our license. Please count all meds and document on your own to cover yourself.

1 med cart for 3 floors ??
Yes, but appx 20 residents. It's not bad at all. Very doable. And majority of meds are passed when patients come down for meals. So, we park the med cart in front of dining room and residents come to you.

Looked them up.. so this is AL and memory care facility. Very low pay and we can’t even negotiate pay..Nope I’ll pass🥴🥴. Pay need to go up!

They really canceled my higher paying shift that I had booked and reposted for a lower rate, that is crazy.
