Under staff and ppl here are so rude and the place is nasty I won’t ever come back here even if the pay me $40up this place mis horrible!!!! Not clean and you don’t have what you need to take care the patient this facility have residents calling police and all because they rude the nurses are so bad here…agency aide will get the hardest assignment and no help and no one to give you report is so unprofessional and bad here.. never again would I come to this place. Should be closed

Where do I even start! First off, the place is so dirty and outdated! You are constantly missing important meds for multiple patients! You barely get a 24 hour report! The staff is not the friendliest! This 3-11 nurse was so rude and would not answer me when I was speaking to her until I got rude back with her! Like it’s a very hostile work environment! Patients are being neglected from left to right! I WILL NEVER RETURN there again!

under staffed and over worked! I came in and counted 3 of 4 carts/narcs. at 9:45 I had to switch assignments. then the administrator came in explaining we all needed to pick up more patients. I took a break from this facility due to being under staffed. it's a chronic issue. after 3pm I am still passing medications.

Place is rough. Not enough supplies and some meds were on order which residents complained about. Heavy med pass with a mix of everything you could think of. Trach, wounds, BS checks, breathing treatments, and this day was dialysis day. I guess start around 4am and you should be alright
