Under staff and ppl here are so rude and the place is nasty I won’t ever come back here even if the pay me $40up this place mis horrible!!!! Not clean and you don’t have what you need to take care the patient this facility have residents calling police and all because they rude the nurses are so bad here…agency aide will get the hardest assignment and no help and no one to give you report is so unprofessional and bad here.. never again would I come to this place. Should be closed

Place is rough. Not enough supplies and some meds were on order which residents complained about. Heavy med pass with a mix of everything you could think of. Trach, wounds, BS checks, breathing treatments, and this day was dialysis day. I guess start around 4am and you should be alright

Horrible no supplies like barley anything can’t care for the residents right at all … staff is nice …this place needs more funding or a state call

The number of residents to one person is a lot. I was assigned 13 residents and 11 of them were total. The work load is heavy plus you have to complete a lengthy POC for all residents.
