LVN- Med Pass is HEAVY! I had 39 pts on Station 2 and that's w/ beds empty. the patients are nice and so are the staff so that's a plus. The med cart is organized but OVER FILLED d/t all 39 pts. It like a never ending med pass lol and don't get me start on all the BS checks. The number of pts vs. acuity is not equaled out. I had an ok shit just was drained at the end. I'd return IF the compensation was at a decent mark. they us EMAR PCC!

3-11: 39 patients, 17 blood sugar checks and patients are very needy. No exageration, I passed meds the ENTIRE time I was here. So many missing meds and equipment. No one to cover my patients in the small amount of time I had free. Will not be returning and I urge you all not to either. Shame on this facility for trying to save money and purposely having a short staff. No matter how desperate you are to make that money, you aren’t this desperate trust. Do not pick up here.

13 patients for 3-11:30PM. Majority of the patients are total care. Clean facility. Fully stocked linen in designated closets and briefs are located in the resident’s drawers. Great staff and patients!

PART 1 This will be in 2 parts because I have a lot to say This facility was really nice but what makes me never want to come back was working with Elizabeth aka “Libby” one of the CNA’s here. She was very micromanagey and spoke to registry like we were beneath her. She also followed me many times to the restroom which was strange. This was an urgent shift I picked up last min. Before this shift I drank water throughout the day, running around plus the heat. As soon as I arrived I asked where the restroom was, peed, and went to work. Around 3 hours later I had to use the bathroom again so I went. As soon as I walked out of the restroom that CNA was standing by the door. I asked if she needed anything and she said “no I just was wondering why you went pee. You go to the bathroom a lot” excuse me? I didn’t realize there was someone keeping count when I released my bladder.. I went twice, who cares? I went to the nurses station to do my charting and a registry LVN came over to me and

I had a good experience working with Libby. She helps out and nice to the registry. She does her job well. The staff and patients love her there. She’s a hardowrker.
I’m glad you had a good experience but you are 1 in a million. There are more bad experiences than good with this woman. A lot of people have spoken and said she’s insane. I do not agree she gets along with others as I’ve heard things about her too
Is there a PART 3 ?? I hope you spend as much time with your patients, as you do commenting all up in hear! Do you put the same amount of information on your charting? As you did hear?

I’ve been on Clipboard for two years full-time up-and-down California. This was the worst facility I have ever worked at out of the almost 100 facilities I have been to. On PM shift. I had 41 patient and I got no report when I arrived for any of the 41 residents I have. I’m going to DNR this facility. They do not care about their patients or their nurses. The administration stayed until about 9pm and heard my complaints. Hopefully he thinks about how un safe his facility is. Thankfully I was able to handle the shift and the load but the nurse before me didn’t even hang continuous feedings. I figured she had a long day on AM shift. Don’t come here if you actually care about your patients and your nursing license.

Yeah i remember having 40 plus on PM w half of them accu checks. Literally like 20
AM don’t have that many. It’s 3 carts in the AM
The same happened to me!!!! I sure let the administration know that it was unsafe and my license was at risk! They don’t care!!! They made me pass 5 pm meds at 9 pm because the nurse never endorse that I had 2nd cart 3-11 shift LVN . 2 carts for 3-11 they need a 3rd nurse
