Race is an issue. A particular resident on B hall tried to treat me so bad. I canceled my two remaining shifts while still there. If I’m going to have to deal with racism and being talked down to, i need to make more. It’s 2026, racism is expensive.

Is it that bad to work there?
The work load is not hard at all but I can’t work in that type of environment. So I guess it depends on what you can handle
OK, I’ll be OK. 31 years. I tune out a lot.

Well for one they put me on a behavior floor with two women that are schizophrenic and that’s very dangerous. Another man that is a vet that all he did was yelling at me all night because I was wrong and he was right about everything. I mite be back if I really need money and also I couldn’t get anybody that’s a hoyer all there batteries for the Oilers were all dead throughout the whole facility

I worked Saturday and Sunday midnight shift not a bad facility. my only issue is one particular resident on B Hall who is very nasty to your staff and for someone who’s been doing this well over 20 years this was my fourth time returning to your facility but after last night that was my last time to be talked to like I was trash is unacceptable when it comes to taking care of my residence I go above and beyond but at the same time, I don’t have to take anyone talking to me like I am less than a human being

Okay facility. Heavy heavy morning med pass. 36+ patients to 1 nurse. You will have dementia unit and 2 other halls with 2 med carts (one hall only has like 8 ppl tho). They should consider getting a 7a-11a nurse just for the dementia hall. Otherwise you will be passing morning meds from 7-12 which runs into lunch which runs into 2p meds… dinner med pass isn’t too bad. Just too much going on. They say agency leaves everytime they find out how many residents they have which should tell them something!!! Add another nurse or med tech for part day!!

Carts are also unorganized you will be searching for meds all day. The med rooms have little to no OTC meds which is a pain when you are trying to do your job!
