This place is a complete nightmare! Please believe the reviews! Now I’m not usually one to complain and I don’t leave reviews but I had to post about this horrendous place. 29 residents for a med pass on B hallway with 4 peg tubes is insane, in fact it’s criminal! You will work for every dime in there and let’s not start on the “mandatory break”, what’s that???? Literally on my feet from the time I received my log in at 0800 until 1500! The staff was nice, supervisor was nice and helpful although she was agency too! The ADON was MOD and did nothing but stared all day which was uncomfortable, very annoying and flat out rude! No amount of money will ever make me return to this place! With ratios like this you are for sure playing Russian roulette with your license. 3 nurses are needed for 7-3, 3-11. The state needs to be called BOTTOM LINE!!!!!

The staff here is usually very nice, especially the regulars from our agency that pick up, they have your back. I have heard from staff that the ADON and DON on dayshift can be very rude and nit-picky, so if you are picking up on dayshift just be sure to be on your P’s and Q’s. Sometimes the payrate is low so i suggest waiting until the shift becomes urgent to pick up, but then there is risk of losing out on the shift. Just be wise. They are always stocked on supplies so that is a huge plus and the workload is light as it is a small facility with just one floor.

Back to back urgent shifts. Maybe if yall provide an incentive like a higher rate to come work these last minute urgent shifts at your very far away facility with a ridiculously hard medication pass.. Just a suggestion .......July
