They don’t have supply to give care. If they even do the staff take all of them an hide all of them for themselves. 3-11 supervisor weni is extremely rude and extremely difficult to work with. Work is not difficult and the patients are pleasant to work with. Nurses are pleasant to work with as well.

they have supplies !! and nice nurses and aids. everything is pretty accessible to the ice waters cups, pampers wipes, and towels. my assignment my light on the 2nd floor would love to come back

This facility is chaotic.The third floor which is memory care should be the easiest but it’s the hardest. I had 30 plus patients. When given report by a “staff nurse” she couldn’t really tell me much about the patients or really didn’t know them. Half way into my shift a lady from the office walks into my hallway to casually hand me a new admission packet. Most if not all the CNAs were agency so they explained they didn’t know the patients either. At first nobody wanted to help me with the admission but later I guess they felt bad and decided to atleast call the dr and confirm the orders lol. I thought ok maybe day 1 was messed up because it was my first day. Wrong! The next day I worked on the first floor. The assignments on this floor should be split by 3 nurses but instead they only put 2. The staff nurse say they never leave until after 1am. The acuity is higher and families were upset. Not enough CNAs either.I canceled the rest of my shifts and I’m never going back.

This facility is very horribly unfair they canceled my shift few hours before the starting of the shift. They definitely don't have any respect for Agency professionals. Why do you post a shift on clipboard then at the same time seeking to find one of the facility staff to work the shift then if they do find one the facility worker to work that shift they immediately canceled the Agency workers. That is so terrible. If you don't see the clipboard workers as important as the facility staff don't post any shift on clipboard. 0*
