Most of all there workers quit. I looked at the reviews before working to determine if I should schedule or not. By most people in the comments stating that it was a nice facility with no problems, I decided to schedule for to work. After scheduling, I learned that this facility is extremely short staff and really mean short staff. I was assigned 30 patients as a CNA with only myself and another CNA.

Please do not schedule yourself at this facility. I had 25 patients with most of all the patients depending on you. The patients differently will not get the proper care that they need with lack of staff. Be prepared to be short staffed. Be prepared to have 20 or more patients. The facility is a nasty facility and it smells like urine throughout most of the entire facility.

This is the dirtiest facility I've ever walked in to. It smells like Urine throughout the whole facility. Literally uncomfortable being here. It's in the middle of nowhere so be prepared to have a hard time seeing while driving at night. My first and last time here. I'm sorry but I'm disgusted. And 10 out of 12 of my patients are total care

All staff is very friendly. Always have supplies and always receive a reasonable assignment.

The odor in here is like no other. In certain areas you just get a big ole waft of ammonia. There is no air circulation, I had such a headache when I left. They say this is a memory care unit, but it seems to be a psych facility with some memory care patients. Beware of snakes outside. And you may go down the dirt road to get there, it’s where the Valley Care Center sign is, in the middle of no where.
