3-11 was a decent shift, low census and not a lot of meds. however a lot of wandering and verbally abusive patients. no real orientation, but was able to figure out where things were. relief was an hour late as well. they have a locked gated parking lot on the side, but you'll have to get out of your car and ask someone to open it or wait for someone to come through.

working with the nurse Gwendolyn was horrible she told two of the clipboard CNAs to check one of my residents that was screaming because I might have done something to her and the ladies from clipboard told her that I wasn't even in the room and that that patient always screams I canceled my shift for tonight because I felt uncomfortable

it seemed like no one wanted to do their job and they just kept passing the buck. they assumed I knew things that they never oriented me to as far as their facility is concerned. not a pleasant experience
