RN’S DO NOT WORK HERE. They will not let you go home unless you finish ALL of your charting & if they do, expect an email MONTHS LATER complaining about how you forgot to complete your chart AFTER they said your charting was fine and complete! You will also get 3-5 admissions a day BY YOURSELF with NO HELP from anyone.

I was assigned as treatment nurse for a urgent shift on a Saturday, a lot of residents were soiled with bowel and urine and it was 10:30, I couldn’t find cnas to help me clean so I was cleaning and doing treatment for more than half of the residents, and other lvns had no clue where anything was . Treatment was easy , not many difficult wounds. Mostly triple antibiotics cream and air dry

it's a ok facility. I worked 11-7. waited almost the whole shift to get a log in. I asked the facility at 6pm for my log in via clipboard app and when I arrived at 11 still no log in. texted the DON and administrator several times and no response until 645am. luckily I seen a number on the station and called for my own Log in. to my fellow colleagues stop taking low rates for these facilities. you guys are making it hard for ppl who know there worth and know what we as registry and 1099 should be paid. you can get a regular job for these cheap rates. the work loads don't match these cheap prices

The facility and staff was well organized and maintained. It takes a lot to be a great, CNA, LVN, and RN and these individuals definitely displayed that during PM, NOC, and AM shift. Even housekeeping and maintenance were on point with their work performance and ethics. It was a breath of fresh air to work with these individuals. Their charting system was also easy to work with. It was a pleasure working here, I’d definitely go back.

Why these facilities are paying so low and it’s 1099 When it’s tax time we literally work in their facility for free CLIPBOARD PLEASE demand better pay for your nurses
