The patients are okay but they take too long to pay, can take up to a week!! Sorry I got bills to pay.

very busy tidious patients. no help when I needed it. changed 2 assist on own. other cnas did not help even tho I asked. they just acted like they didn’t speak English and walked off. never came to the room to help. asked me for help at the end of the shift. “I thought you didn’t understand English”

patients were not changed at all. no charting info given or available. in house staff sat entire shift qhile me and another registry worked the entire shift. will not return

in house staff sat whole shift while registry worked. came into 18 patients to 1 CNA & everyone needed changed and new bedding. will NOT be returning
