1 helpful aide. it was pure chaos! No supplies at all had to keep going on a hunt for things. 1 aide would help me out when I asked the entire shift! Almost couldn’t have done charting at all. Building smells, aides and nurses on their phones and AirPods in their ears talking in pts rooms! I only gave 3 stars for one aide!

All staff did the entire shift was complain about agency. I did my run and had some questions since it was my first time there. The staff aide Melissa complained that I asked to many questions about the door codes and where things went at the end of the night. The residents weren’t bad but it’s sad that agency is there to help and we’re talked badly about because we aren’t staff. I probably won’t go back unless I absolutely have to.

Most of the Staff is great helpful when needed, supplies is limited especially for linens it could definitely be more organized and cleaner but no place Is perfect. I’ll be back for sure!

I hated working here. Nobody knows the log in for charting. The aids disappear out of their sections when you need help. I ended up doing somebody’s feed because they left their tray on the cart and didn’t even bother to do their own feed. Nobody showed me where the shower room was, I had to ask everything. I will never come back to this facility, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
