CNA’s were very helpful and pleasant, the supervisor Veronica was rude and yelled at me because I went to my car to get my charger, she claimed that I was gone from 2am when in reality I went to my car at 4:40am and had to wait to be buzzed back into the building and got back to the unit at 5:22am. I don’t understand how a facility is understaffed and when help comes they treat them poorly..will not be returning

LPN, 3-11 weekend shift, 3rd floor. I can’t believe none of these reviews mention the ROACHES lol. I witnessed the infestation with my own eyes in a patients room when I had to turn the light on. It was also confirmed by another patient and a staff nurse that there is a huge roach problem in the building … med pass wasn’t too heavy but not light either. A lot of meds missing and a lot of the patients are not in their rooms; they’re outside in the patio area, common area or hanging out on different floors. Also the smell of cigarettes was unpleasant to deal with. Most of the staff I interacted with were helpful and polite. The supervisor was stern but helpful as well. Due to the roach issue I don’t think I’ll be back
