I worked on the 400 hall 4gtubes and 6 finger sticks (one had on a dexcom) helpful staff besides aides going sit in closet riding the clock it was ok.

All worker on unit it was there first time there and also my first time with the company. Poor leadership for the company. No break with 20 or more clients and everybody on pain meds pills and linguist meds,5 or 6 Hospic clients , treatments. And you know I was given the worst unit in the faculty. Very poor planning on there part. I’m was so afraid of this faculty I will not be going back for me to loose my license after 42 years ?????
