Horrible . Do not work here , nurses are rude , charge nurse had a attitude act like she didn’t hear nobody asking her anything , they gave me a sitter and I did not take my break , everybody disappeared when it was time to take my break, the facility is dirty old and it stinks . Will never work here again . RESPECTFULLY.

It is very sad and outrageous that all these facilities on Clipboard is offering almost less than McDonald's. As hard as Nurse Assistants work, lift, turn, transfer, wipe shower and sweat this makes me feel less than. Went to school 18 years ago with years of experience and still almost at the same pace. Nurse Assistant is the face of Health and we deserve better pay. Whoever is taking this rate of pay deserves better. Let us stand for what we are worth. Stop taking all these penny jobs as Nurse Assistant until these facilities and apps can do better. Better pay means better patient care.

I worked the NOC shift and I had 9 rooms and 17 patients. It was a smooth night. The other CNA’s where helpful and answered all of my question. Would come back for that shift.

LVN 31 patients 3-11. Rough start due to not getting PCC LOGIN till 4 pm. Irritating that I come in first time as registry and resident is supposed to be out of bed for appt by the time I get there and no one told me this 7-3 shift did not have her ready. CNA’s were sitting at station and when asked to help out since I was busy and behind, they gave attitude, for things that they shouldn’t have to be asked to do… med pass was not too bad for 31 patients. A lot of interruptions and narcotics needing to be refilled, awaiting signature per doctor. Charting was also a a lot and time consuming.. med cart was organized for the most part, but would probably not return

Be prepared to give a few prn pain meds throughout noc shift, had 28 pts all in same hallway. I'm use to 46+
