Worked morning shift , unfortunately had the worst and heavy load of patients, cna’s they rarely want to help you. Instead they just sit down and gossip about their personal problems and lights are always on! Even patients would tell me they get treated terribly. Worst place ever. The best thing here were my assigned patients they were happy with my care.

fully stocked, staff is helpful, parking on side of facility or the back. pretty chill today with shift of 7-3. They don’t give you heavily loads just cause you’re registry. you’ll be fine.

RN experience: The nurses are not friendly. The morning Rlstaff RN was going to leave without giving report or instruction on the charting we are expected to do since you essentially have 9 patients to care for. They don't have your login ready for you. The nurses and other RN literally ignores you when you ask questions. I had to tell them that if they didn't help me that I was leaving by 1130. Then they stared calling and asking what station and about logins so i wouldnt leave. Shift started at 11pm and fast forward to now (130am) and I still have no login and they want me to pass meds on 9 patients with Gtubes, blood sugars, etc. I can't see what task are to be done. The assigned LVN to team with me is giving major attitude and asking if I know how to give gtube medications? Clipboard is no help. I told them I'm not passing meds until I can see what I'm supposed to give etc. Crickets. I definitely will not be coming here again. It's not worth the pay.

I would also like to add this on for everyone to be aware of ; RN experience here too, you also have to intake ALL new admissions / get and input all the orders and talk to MD. for orders etc. you are house supervisor with so heavy responsibilities and sometimes when LVN nurses call off , you also have to take one med cart to pass meds. There are a lot of responsibilities to work as an RN Sup there! You have to answer non -stop phone calls at desk as well as dealing with everything else and take full responsibility for it eg. Code blue etc.., take one shift and you will know what I mean. It’s really headache and really busy especially afternoon shift as well as day shift. Oh and please don’t forget to wear stocking socks. Take care guys.

Staff 3-11 AMAZING extremely helpful - all CNAs and LVNs. Was in 2nd unit as LVN desk nurse with covid unit. Helped RN with admission and assisted with call lights and answering phone - very easy workload. Staffing even provided Popeyes lunch, will definitely book again
