I used to work here- hated it.. came back 15 years later.. muchhhh better!! It can be heavy,.. but best advice I can give you.. is have A GAME PLAN.! I think picking this shift is for vets not newbies.. get ya coins though!

This was my first time coming here and I won’t be returning there is a nurse named Victoria if I’m not mistaken she has a short curly wig, anyways I brought her up because she’s the reason I’m not returning she was very rude and demanding not nice at all seem like one of the nurses who was never a Cna. She spoke to me as I was a child and not a Certified Nursing Assistant. I stayed respectful the whole time and she still was very rude.The load was heavy alot of 2x residents not enough aides you’ll be doing everything yourself no wipes no Linen they want you in your feet all day if they walk pass and see you sitting they will find a random task to do. 0/5 stars good luck .

Building had potential. However, too many chiefs not enough Indians. Never would a NA/CNA tell a veteran nurse what they will and will not do and think that is ok. You have a now permanent nurse, previously agency that sits on 200 and does absolutely nothing. But talks about her personal life. She uses her privilege to harrass new CNAs to the break of walking out and never return. Reporting to the DON is pointless because she acts clueless to any situation that requires her to leave the office. However she is quick to give you directives from days prior to complete. Oan. They have some fantastic staff CMTs. Honestly they are better than the house nurses. I wished they treated them better than they do. Supplies. I bring my own. Takes too much time looking for any. Overall, do your work 8/16hrs. Avoid the drama, take care of the residents and go home. My favorite nurse was Kaye. She's agency but you wouldn't know based on her work ethics. She's GREAT!
