59 pts to 1 nurse is insane and unsafe for the patients and the nurse. I stayed and did the unsafe assignment because I didn't want clipboard to suspend me. Beware of 11-7 here.

The staff is so nice and helpful on 4th Low Side. Just ask for help and you should be fine.

No nursing staff is soo nice 👀
Depends on where you’re at, to be honest. At the hospital I work at currently, we have a great culture among the staff. Most people are quick to help and we all get along pretty great. Not true for all places, of course, but it is possible.

staff and supervisor are non communitive. Insufficient supplies and medication for patients. Everyone seemed bothered when asked questions about necessary work related issues. Staff talked to patients very disrespectful. Supervisor insulted me about being a nurse when asked to assist with a patient issue that was escalated due to medication not being available. Supervisor told me to handle it even though the patient requested him .
