I arrived on time for my shift. The supervisor was very unprofessional. She sent me to a unit to relieve a nurse on unit D. The nurse and I walked around door to door while I received report on the assignment I was taking over. After I received a full detail report another nurse who arrived LATE came up and told me I was to report back to the supervisor. The supervisor then canceled me while talking with the oncoming supervisor. Meanwhile both supervisors discussed how this nurse is always late and they should cancel her. The oncoming supervisor then asked could I work tomorrow morning. These facilities are so unprofessional and play with peoples time. I will never return back here!

Great shift. No issues

PLEASE READ PLEASE READ Do not book this facility on Clipboard as the wages are extremely low here, the shifts are posted at a higher rate on other nursing apps. The workload is only manageable if you're working in the so called rehab unit. I did a NOC shift twice here and after the second one I would never return. One nurse and over 50 patients with 1 regular aide and 2 agency aides. Never again, the shift was horrible and almost 45 patients had to have meds in the am, as well as bolus tube feedings for a measly $35, now they're adding insult to injury by bringing down the wages to $25-28 a hour. Ridiculous, some of these DONs and schedulers act like the money the facility is paying is coming out of their pockets, it's not. No nurse should book here at such low wages not even if you're desperate.

Busy but Smooth shift, 20 residents couple of blood sugars and IV meds. All meds were in stock. Staff made me feel comfortable. No complaints.

Nurse tried to blame me for saturated towel under a top sheet...The man had 3 top sheets, a pad, and two chucks. I removed the wet chucks, pad, and the first top sheet. The second one was dry so I did not look under that one. When confronted I explained it was not my doing and that I already did two full bed changes and if I would've realized it was wet I would've changed it. She had the nerve to say "Well you know how you agency aids do" Like excuse me??? So rude. They also give agency HUGE assignments, water assignment, weights, and almost the entire assignment is totals while they sleep. The overnight supervisor is very nice though.
