The staffs were very helpful and super nice to me , I had a total of 9 patients which 8 were total , 3 Hoyer lifts and then one was an assist …. But when I needed help the other staffs did help me but over all very heavy .

This facility cancels all the time, and you turn around and they post your canceled shift as an urgent shift. When nurses book we are booking to work if we cancel we are penalized the same should go for facilities that cancel all the time.

It's ridiculous what they do at this building with the schedule. I won't pick up anymore shifts here.
It is true facility cancels your shift then on the day of posts the shift back up.

Ok. Overnight shift upon initial rounds residents with trays in the bed food everywhere. Patients fully dressed in bed with Hoyer pad under them. Previous shift CNAs did a horrible job. Which caused my aides to have to do extra work which is not fair. All staff especially us agency folks need to do better by people we care for.

facility is filthy, had OVER 30 patients. CNA aggressive using foul language on floor. heavy med pass to one nurse. supervisor on a cart. cannot locate staff for assistance.

I recently booked a shift with this facility and was cancelled . ‘’Please don’t waste people’s time.’’ There were other shifts available at other facilities which I could have booked and be certain to work. I should have read the numerous reviews since health care workers constantly complain about cancellation. Hence I find myself in the same situation where all the other shifts that were available at time at other facilities are now gone. This kind of behavior at this facility is sickening , since it affects us due to the fact that I’m now left without a shift for that day . This is not no play . You guys needs to take your health care workers seriously after all we’ve been giving .
