Heavy during night shift especially when you are new. Imagine having 53 patients and giving almost 30 medications, tube changing and documenting.

The supervisor was very supportive. It was a rather tough unit with over 30 patients with ALOT of meds and wounds. . Really should boost the rate per hour.
