I’ve been trying to pick this shift up and i think That’s a glitch or the facility is not accepting

I think those with low attendance score can only request it. The ones with higher score get to book.

Love this place ! Kelly is super nice and informative! we worked together as a team with the residents! the residents are lovely as well.
