This facility continues to allow nursing to schedule here, as place holders and then cancel you at 4:52pm as they did me the other day! After I drove over an hour , and was 30 minutes from the facility. Shame on clipboard for allowing such practices, and yet punish your professional workers with stealing their points away for events out of their control. But allow this behavior to persist on your platform. This blocks the workers to obtain shifts somewhere else, who would truly appreciate the help.

I had DNR this facility because I had pick up shifts coming from another state and every shift was canceled,but not before I had use my points then found out later I can DNR, them and my points would be save. My points use before this was not given back. I don't understand why they appear on my profile after I have DNR them! I don't want to see them on my profile. And reading the reviews this isn't the first time they have done this! Why keep a company that does this to the nurses that op to pull shifts for CB?

This place allows you to book shifts not based off needs, but based off just in case staff calls off. They purposely wait until 5am to cancel your shift just to avoid having to pay out the cancellation pay. They know they’re going to cancel you, and still hold your shift until morning. Preventing you from being able to see or book elsewhere. This is a breach of their contract. They’re only supposed to put in shifts when there is a need. Not on a just in case bases and then cancel at the last minute to avoid paying the cancellation fee. This practice is very unprofessional and clipboard should be doing more to ensure their clinicians aren’t being stood up. Sure, we all get canceled at times. However, not on a consistent bases with the same facility. It already took forever to get approved by this facility to work there. It is a nice place to work, but the way they handle us is very unbecoming of this company’s integrity. I have a family and bills. This is not ok!!!

You earn your money here you will work! And work some more. If you’re not afraid of a little hard work this is the place for you.
