DO NOT COME HERE! i repeat, rude employees. will micromanage you. it smells bad and it’s run down. i encountered 2 caregivers today that where not it, i was given the whole 2nd floor to myself with no help. was given no key to check my residents. when ending my shift a caregiver approached me and asked me if i did my round i told him yes, but then he hits me with the “how are you gonna do your round if i have the keys”. like what? mind you it’s 10 pm im not gonna walk into a room while people are asleep. i did my round around 9pm i knocked on every door to check if the resident were okay and needed anything. i don’t write reviews at all but this is the first place i ever wrote a review for. it’s easy i could say that, but if you don’t want people on your back then don’t come here. also very limited supply’s and you have to ask, they don’t give you towels or wipes so you would have to rip a chuck to wipe which i didn’t do but my one of my resident told me to do that. thank you.

Worked in memory care. Feels like a prison. Cold and dingy, fluorescent lights. The only common area for the residents is an uncomfortable dining area. I wouldn’t serve the food to my dog. CNAs Know your worth! Stop picking up low paying shifts. CNAs should not work for less than 25$ per hour considering your training and skills….we could work in fast food for more than they are offering us on most of these “urgent” shifts.

You’ll have the entire memory care unit by yourself, no supplies for proper cleaning. There using shucks as wipes. I clocked in at 10pm and was left alone until after 11pm, the help that came looked like he was with maintenance and he didn’t know English what so ever! Understaffed/ literally 3 people in the entire facility. I politely clocked out and left, i informed someone of course! For the rate it’s definitely not worth it!!!!!!! I’m surprised the states hasn’t shut them down. FYI substance users everywhere! Including outside. I feared for my safety!! Literally. My heart goes out to the patients and their suffering.

Horrible place. The AM shift came into the facility being rude and disrespectful. They assumed because I am a black woman that I don’t speak Spanish , when in fact I do and they said very rude things. Didn’t have any useful supplies.
