Terrible place to work!!! I thought it just was a bad night and they was short staff but after reading the reviews this is a theme booking RN’s and putting them to pass meds. They pretend like they don’t know what is happening but are very aware of what they are doing. If you work on the Skilled side on 3-11 & 11-7 they will pretend like another LVN is coming then later tell you that you are to pass meds. They don’t have it in the job description and do not tell you when you call the DON. They put CNA’s on the schedule who they know is not coming to work. They make a schedule with 6 CNAs but only 3-4 is truly scheduled to work. Their actual staff is over worked and rude. DON is not truthful she will play like she is helpful then will turn on lies and act like you know you were there to pass meds for half of the SNF side. Not a good place to work for an RN! They want a 2 for 1 RN/LVN. All the meds is not in the cart!

Don’t EVER work here. They have ZERO supplies, too many patients & not enough staff. There are so many missing meds! NO SUPPLIES or linen. The staff nurses are HOURS late & sometimes don’t show at all so YOU ARE STUCK WORKING THERE. They also REFUSE to pay overtime. So if you’re stuck hours later staying over then guess what? You’re working FOR FREE. Too much work and little to no help. This place is not work it even if they pay 100/HR. RUN!

That’s a lawsuit.
Call labor board you’ll get your money Then call BON. They’ll shape up real quick…
They can’t force you to clock out and when you clock out and they sign it, it’s honored

One of the worst places iv worked at. I got two carts with 44 pts total 3-11 shift. No help, while staff sat around at the nurse station talking and laughing. Make sure you have subacute experience or you will get punished with extra pts . CNA’s know the pts and still continue to ask for meds when they know pts are psych and already received the medication. Cna’s rude, bad attitudes. Not a good environment when you have such a heavy load. Make sure the pay is over 40 or dont bother

Some CNA’s are making this job more frustrating, how can you people pick shifts for $18-21? Am guessing you guys don’t have bills to pay or living with your parents. This assignment are difficult and yet the pay is low, CNAs still pick the shifts and that’s why you barely see $24 or $25 anymore. It’s almost time to say good bye to CNA

Hate that! Its like people dont get that
Am telling you. It carzy seeing 18 dollars for CNA jobs
Exactly right. Most of them live with their parents. They don't care about the low rates.

RN’s DO NOT WORK HERE. They treat you like an LVN & will put you on the cart because someone will NOT show up & instead of then finding a replacement, they will ignore you & put you on a cart with 44+ patients , MISSING MEDS, & CNAS that hide & don’t help.

WOW! So IMAGINE how LVNs feel🤔
Plus admissions, IV medications and you being in charge of EVERY other patient there so COCS, incident reports, etc.
Thanks, if I wanted to work as an LVN I would've stayed an LVN. I appreciate the heads-up.
