The LVN desk nurse Vanessa abuse her possion. It was only 3 CNA's and we had 28 patients apiece and she made us do 2 rounds of changes. Also when I was in the room attending to another patient she comes in the room and tell us about a patient that needs help and call light to tell me the other patient needs to go to the bathroom as if I could stop what I'm doing to assist the other patient or as if she couldn't just give the patient his walker so he could go to the bathroom, instead she constantly kept coming in the room while I was assisting a patient to tell me that the patient was crying now. Also she waited until 6:30am to tell me to pass water. She made me answer call lights and take vitals for patients that that didn't belong to me. I know that we are ALL responsible for ALL of the patients INCLUDING

regular CNA staff 3-11 shift not so helpful. also one of the charge nurses said they only do med pass and nothing else. don’t know if it’s just a bad day but not so friendly folk today

18 pts all were soaking wet, full bed changes, combative pts, registry gets the worse rounds. lvns and cnas were nice and orientated well. just the workload is heavy with total care full bed changes

Facility’s staff (nurses) are nice. Very accomodating, approachable and they also help as much as they can when you have questions. Good place to work.

CNA babysitting is necessary here. Noc CNAs not sitting by assigned rooms and trying to skip changes then pts are uncomfortable and get out if bed.
