Consistency of nursing units with staff and residents would help to reduce the overwhelming amount of stress endured during the shift. They desperately need to revamp their management structure to make it more efficient for staff to have the resources needed to get through the shifts (linens, snacks, etc).

It’s ok I’ve work 1 main 2 main and 3 the best floor is 2 main they did that whole floor over which is why it is so nice . All the other floors I don’t like .. staff are cool . It’s just the 1st and second floors aren’t the best.

If the workplace cancels the shift after you've already arrived, you'll only be paid for any time worked. SO IF YOU ARRIVE THERE AND THEY DONT NEED YOU, NO PAY UNLESS YOU WORKED. So picking up is risky basically because they will wait till u arrive to cancel you. So no penalty to them, but wasted time , hours and gas, missed chance to make money for us! NOT OK

The shift was good everybody was cool I guess it’s really all depends on who you work with cause last time some of the staff were annoying and bossy. But overall good shift good people cool calm environment I worked on 2 main.

This facility is good to work at . I enjoy working at this facility. They just would have you all over the place instead of keeping you consistent at a place since you always come to the facility
